If you require an appointment, please contact the surgery on 02840622278 Option 1 after 8.30am. Your request will be triaged by the doctor.
Please note if the doctor has a large number of phone consultations on a particular day you will be asked to phone back another day (unless it is urgent).
If you require a nurse appointment, please contact Reception after 9am and they will advise you in this regard.
For your own convenience you should not attend the surgery without an appointment.
