We would like to advise patients of the following protocol regarding urine samples:-
Patients are NOT permitted to leave in a urine sample unless advised to do so by a Clinician. All sample must be provided in a Clinical standard sample bottle. These can be collected from the surgery in advance. Sample bottles must be correctly labelled and must be received by 11.30am.
